Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Sign in to MagicTripz, go to your profile via the avatar in the top-right corner, and choose Sign Out. To permanently delete your account and data, email us at support@vortexcones.com.
Can I export my trip data?
Yes — open any trip, go to the Expenses tab, and click the Export CSV button to download all expense records for that trip.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your trip data is private by default and only visible to you (and collaborators you explicitly invite). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does the AI Itinerary Builder work?
It sends your trip details (destination, dates, pace preference, interests) to Anthropic's Claude model which generates a day-by-day plan. Each account gets 3 AI generations per trip.
How do I invite someone to collaborate on a trip?
Open your trip, click the Team button on the trip card, and generate an invite link. Anyone with the link can join as an editor.
