By accessing or using MagicTripz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of MagicTripz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

MagicTripz is a personal travel planning and expense tracking tool. You may use it for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By using MagicTripz you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use MagicTripz to: upload or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user's data; reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service; use the service to send unsolicited communications; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You retain full ownership of the trip data, journal entries, and other content you create in MagicTripz.

By using the service, you grant MagicTripz a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

The AI Itinerary Builder generates suggestions based on your inputs using Anthropic's Claude model. AI-generated itineraries are provided as a convenience only and may contain inaccuracies.

You are responsible for verifying all travel information (opening hours, prices, visa requirements, safety conditions) before relying on it. MagicTripz accepts no liability for losses arising from acting on AI-generated suggestions.

The MagicTripz name, logo, and all original design and code are the intellectual property of MagicTripz and may not be reproduced without permission.

MagicTripz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicTripz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or travel-related losses.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which MagicTripz operates.
